Hire Heroes USA is a national nonprofit dedicated to empowering U.S. military members, veterans, and their families through personalized employment services. To better support individuals in the Pacific Northwest, a dedicated Field Team was established in the region.

Founded in 2005, Hire Heroes USA is a national nonprofit dedicated to empowering U.S. military members, veterans, and their families through personalized employment services. Its mission is to reduce veteran unemployment by guiding clients through the complex process of finding meaningful work after military service. The organization’s efforts are critical, as veterans often face unique challenges when transitioning to the civilian workforce, such as translating military skills into civilian job qualifications.
With a growing demand for their services, Hire Heroes USA saw the need for a Pacific Northwest Field Team to better assist veterans. Establishing this new team would be a game-changer for veterans in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. With a regional presence, Hire Heroes USA’s Field Team would offer more targeted services, increase outreach to veterans in the area, and offer one-on-one career counseling, workshops, and networking opportunities tailored to local employers and industries. To support this expansion, the JTMF Foundation awarded a three-year grant to help cover the additional costs.
As the Field Team moves forward, it aims to strengthen the economic futures of countless veterans and their families – proving once again that when communities unite to support those who have served, everyone benefits. Hire Heroes USA and the JTMF Foundation are proud to partner in this initiative to support our nation’s veterans.
